Rate-limited responses return HTTP 429 with headers X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset (Unix timestamp ms). All endpoints include Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * for CORS.
/api/v1/coinsReturns a paginated list of approved coins, ordered by vote count descending.
